Tanis, a family friend used to make cream candy when I was a kid. I always undertood that you could only make it in the dead of winter, using a marble slab. Also that the candy had to age about a week or so for it to become soft. Once softened, it would just melt in your mouth. Do you ever make the candy and sell it? If you do, I would be very interested in your price.
