Would like to know how your deep fried whole Turkey came out and any secrets that you would like to share. I am thinking about getting one of the lg. deep fryers that you fill to cover turkey with peanut oil. Have been told 8 1/2 to 10 pound turkey is best size. all info would be appreciated.
