made these for dessert last night----they're very good!
PECAN PIE BARS
1 C flour
1/2 C quick oats
1/4 C brown sugar
1/2 C real butter
3 lg. eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 C light corn syrup
1 C chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 C brown sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
In medium bowl, combine 1C flour, oats, and 1/4C brown sugar. Cut in butter until mixture forms coarse crumbs. Press into a greased 9" square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Combine eggs,corn syrup,pecans, vanilla, salt, brown sugar & flour; pour over crust. Bake at 350 deg. for 25 minutes or until done. ENJOY!
