4 - or more pork chops 1/2 - T. onion (dry) 1- can cream of mushroom soup 3 - or more c. toasted bread 1/4 - c. melted butter Brown chops. Place in baking dish. Combine onion, soup, and bread with 1/4 cup water. Top chops with bread mixture. Do not mix it up. Dilute soup with 1/2 cup water. Pour over dressing. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour (depends on oven). About 5 minutes before ready to take out, top with shredded sharp chedder cheese (opt). Put back in until cheese is melted.
