German Chocolate Cookies

1 box German Chocolate cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1/2 cup quick-cooking oatmeal
1-cup (6 ounces) chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped nuts (if desired)

Combine cake mix, eggs, margarine and oats: mix well. Stir in chocolate chips. Srop by heaping TBS. 2" apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 350 degrees F for 9 to 11 minutes, or until set. Cool 5 minutes before removing to wire racks. Yield: 3 1/2 dozen.
