I was given a package of smoked salmon for Xmas. and I don't know what to do with it.
Being a Southern girl, more accustomed to smoked mullet, I'm wondering what to make with salmon!
With the Superbowl coming up, I figured I could make some sort of appitizers with it...
any suggestions?
