Elly,
I just hold the crackers on the edge
with my fingers and dip them in the
melted chocolate. When I lay them out on saran wrap to dry I fill in the part of the cracker where I held it with the chocolate. It turns out very good and people gobble up these cookies so fast you want believe it.
Especially if they like the girl scout mint cookies.
You can use Vanilla Wafers also but the Ritz are the best I think Thanks for our reply clara
