ISO: Chocolate caramels with walnuts

Misc.
I have been looking for a recipe for chocolate caramels that are made with or without walnuts. This is usually a christmas candy, that is passed out to family, but the recipe has been lost by the one and only person that used to make it. It is soft and chewy and is made into bite size pieces that are rolled into balls and then wrapped in foil or colored saran wrap. Please help us find this recipe once again.
