Thanks Jeanne! I found one that I think is going to
work fine....at least the juice left over tastes
wonderful!

Fresh Cherry Pie (Tart Cherries)
4 cups washed, pitted tart cherries
1-1/3 cups sugar
1/3 cup flour
Almond extract
Butter or Margarine
2 9" pie shells

Mix flour and sugar together and blend into cherries.
Add almond extract and pour into pie shell. Dot with butter and cover with top pie crust or cut into strips
and make lattice work top crust. Bake at 425°F for
40-45 minutes.
