My mother used to use rolled oats in her meat loaf to make it go farther for the 5 kids in our family. I have looked all over for a receipe that has rolled oats instead of bread crumbs and I can't seem to find one. Does any one have a good receipe like that? Or does anyone know what the conversion rate is? If the receipe calls for 1 Cup bread crumbs, how many rolled oats would I substitue instead? THX--Amanda Watston
