HEINZ 57 SPECIAL MEATLOAF
Makes 6 servings

Combine:
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 beaten egg
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1/2 cup milk
3 Tbsp. Heinz 57 Sauce
1 tsp. salt, dash pepper

Shape into a loaf (8x4x2-1/2") in shallow baking pan.
Bake in 350 degree F oven 1 hour.
Allow to stand 5 minutes before slicing.
