Happy holidays!! I am looking for an appetizer recipe that my mom used to make ( I think it from an "ideals" series softbound holidays cookbook--which she lent--and I lost!! OOPS!!) It contained chiles--cottage cheese--monterey jack--many eggs-- baked in 13x9 and cut into bite sized squares.
