Ham and Cheese Bread
6 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. milk
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. cheese, grated
2 or 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 c. cubed ham
Beat eggs until foamy; add milk, flour and baking
powder. Mix well. Add cheese, ham and mustard. Pour in a greased and floured loaf pan. Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees.
Makes 1 loaf
