Rum Tea Cakes:
I am looking for a recipe for a tea cake that I received in a Christmas tin. ( The gift giver wouldn't share the recipe.) They were small square tea cakes cut ike an angel food cake or a pound cake dipped and coated in a rum/ butter sauce with finely chopped nuts and perhaps coconut. They were memorable. My husband has been asking me to make these for two years and I have been unable to find a recipe. Thanks for your help. |
