I have been looking for a tapioca pudding recipe. I don't like store bought, probably because I like it warm and use extra vanilla. I have made it with minute tapioca and liked it. About a week ago I bought some small pearl tapioca and am now looking for a recipe. I have seen several recipes but they either call for minute tapioca, large pearl tapioca, or don't say what type. I would like a recpie for plain tapioca pudding, nothing with coconut please, or instructions on how to change a recipe that calls for the large pearls.
