My mother used to have a recipe called "Mary Jo's apple cake". She clipped it out of Woman's Day or Family Circle magazine. She cannot remember which one it was and only remembers that it was approximately 10-15 years ago. She said there was a sauce made with butter that you poured over the cake when it was done baking. Do any of you have this or have something similar? Thank you.
