I made this yesterday & it was great even tho I didn't have any pie filling, only a lemon cake mix & all my baking is being done out on the bbq since we are topping 100 degrees every day. I use the indirect heat method on our gas bbq. My breadmaker is out on the porch too! We had friends that had their only oven outside on a patio, I think it would be nice to have one outside along with the one inside...perhaps someday!Trying to stay a bit frugal since we are planning to re-book our Tuscany trip either next spring or 2005. Still off to San Diego for a week next month & Maine in October, so it's not hard to figure out where our money goes! Ah well, life IS short! The three days home during my husband's days off have been very restful, tho, although he did have to take a short call-out last night. Thanks again for another great recipe, my friend!
