Angel Squares
1 medium Angel Food cake, cut into 1-inch squares
1 lb. salted peanuts, ground
1 lb. confectioners sugar, sifted
1 c. strong instant coffee
Gradually add coffee to sugar until slightly thinner than frosting consistency is reached. Spoon over cake squares. Roll in nuts.
