Sour Cream Coffeecake

1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. yeast (2 pak)
1/2 c. warm water
1 tsp. salt
5 c. or little more flour

Topping:
3 1/2 c. sugar
1 carton sour cream
1 pt. whipping cream
cinnamon

Cream 1/2 cup margarine and sugar until fluffy. Add milk and eggs. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add flour and salt. Beat with wooden spoon then knead 5 to 10 minutes. Let rise until double. Punch down. Put on greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Let
dough rise again. Poke holes with fingers. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Cover with sour cream mixed with sweet cream. Do this before you start the dough. Sprinkle with more
sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 3 cakes. This dough good for cinnamon rolls or sweet rolls
