Hi Marsha,

There are about 7 cups of ingredients so my guesstamite would be to use a 9x9 or 11x7 pan - a 13x9 will probably work well too but will make a much thinner bar. This type of recipe is very flexible, particulary since there will be very little rising, if any. When pan size is in doubt, test for doneness without relying completely on baking time given in the recipe. Here's a helpful chart:

Maybe if Susan has tried the recipe she'll let us know how it turned out and what size pan she chose for it.
