Lost the Knudsen Sour Cream Coffee Cake Recipe that came from a Newspapeer that my mother cut out more than 25 years ago. Remember her making eleven of them at home one Christmas to give as gifts. Also, we have enjoyed and eaten ONLY THIS cake that she loved to bake in a tube pan for us many times at home.
