My mom used to make these rolled up cookie like things from the leftover pie crust when she made pies. I know she spread butter and cinnamon and sugar on them before rolling them up. Problem is, I don't really have a recipe for it and prefer the chewer dough as opposed to the crumbly stuff my mother makes. Any suggestions and recipes?
