Thank you for the recipe. It's been a long time since I checkec because I found the recipes in my car console. Here is the recipe... It is wonderful!!
Pride of Plantaton Pecan Pie
1 (9-inch) deep dish pie shell
3 eggs beaten
1 cup (granulated white) sugar
1 cup light Karo syrup
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups chopped pecans
Mix beaten eggs with sugar.
Add softened butter. Then add Karo, then vanilla and pecans. Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 250F for 30 minutes, then bake at 300F for 30 minutes or until lightly brown. |
