I remember Black Cows too. I suppose we could make this and maybe place a sucker stick in it or just eat it as it states. I'm going to make this myself to see if it's at least close to an old fave.
Chocolate Taffy Candy
3/4 c Brown sugar
1/2 c Butter
1/2 c Chocolate chips
Cook sugar and butter over med heat. Boil 7 mins. Pour in 9 inch buttered pan and place chips on top to melt for frosting. Break in pieces when cool. |
