I have been searching high and low for a Pumpkin Pie recipe that forms its own layers during the baking process, without any extra fiddling around with! (A very dear friend of mine who is suffering from brain cancer right now, has been searching for this recipe for more than 10 years!!!). I would LOVE to be able to make this pie for my friend, and possibly bring a slight sense of "yippeee" into her currently tortured life. PLEEEEEASE Help me if you can! I am told it is a "secret family recipe" from somewhere or other, but I just KNOW that there is a generous soul out there who will be willing to share it with an AMAZING Woman, named Jeanette, who has spent her life cooking and helping others! I will anxiously await for the cooking angels to perform a miracle!
