ISO: Plum pudding sauce

Misc.
I am looking for a recipe that my mother in law used with her plum pudding and mince tarts. I know a couple items that were in it, whipping cream and brown sugar were in this sauce. She was able to put it in an icing bag and make servings just the right size for individual tarts and freeze them on wax paper. This was a recipe that had been passed down from her mother and so forth. Has anyone seen, heard or know where I might find such a recipe ? Thank you.
