When I was little, my great grandmother used to make a cake-like mocha cookie that she frosted with chocolate frosting, and topped with coconut, or walnuts. She called them "thousand island cookies". They were very moist! She made them every year at Christmas time. Now that I am older, with a family of my own, I want to share this family recipe, but have no way to get it since my grandmother passed 20 years ago. Can anyone help me???
