Here's another peanut butter frosting/filling
I used this on my parents' 50th anniversary
cake and everyone loved it!)
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 C. peanut butter
8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
1/4 C. powdered sugar
Beat cream cheese & peanut butter til smooth.
Gently fold in the Cool Whip and powdered
sugar. Use as filling for chocolate or vanilla
(or peanut butter!) cakes.
ALSO works terrifically as a filling for
cream puffs! Top with fudge sauce for extra
decadence . . .
