FRUIT COCKTAIL PIE
1 (3 oz.) box strawberry Jell-O gelatin 1 (1 lb) can Libby's Lite fruit cocktail 2 tbsp. cornstarch 1 tsp sugar (or 1 pkg. Sweet 'N Low) 1 graham cracker crust TO SERVE: Cool Whip, thawed 1 small jar maraschino cherries, drained (for garnish)
Mix Jello according to package directions.
Heat fruit cocktail, cornstarch, and sugar or Sweet 'N Low together.
Mix fruit mixture and prepared Jello together. Refrigerate until cooled and slightly thickened.
Place in crust after cooling. Chill for at least 2 hours.
TO SERVE: Frost with Cool Whip and garnish with cherries.
