EASY AND FAST BANANA BREAD
1 1/2 cups and 1 tablespoon flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup butter, softened
2/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
3 small ripe bananas
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8x4-inch loaf pan.
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
Bake 50 minutes. remove from pan, cool on wire rack. Serve warm. Keeps well.
