CHOCOLATE FROSTING
1 cup milk 1/4 cup flour 1 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup shortening 1/2 cup margarine, softened 1 teaspoon vanilla
In a saucepan, whisk together milk and flour. Cook until thick, stirring to prevent sticking. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
Place sugar, shortening, and margarine in a mixing bowl and beat until fluffy, about 5 minutes.
Add to cooled flour and milk mixture and beat well. Stir in vanilla.
