I have not tried this cooked pudding before but friends have made it and it is always a hit. I didn't have the recipe so instead of phoning around I did an internet search and was pleasantly surprised to find the receipe there. We have an annual Harvest Festival at our local Methodist Church in Vanderbijl park and as Secretary have the job of finding a suitable pudding recipe. So wish me luck as I try this for the first time. Obviously it depends on how big the servings are, but can you give me an estimate of the number of people one can serve from this recipe?
