MUELLER'S SUPPER SPECIAL -
THIN SPAGHETTI WITH CHEESE SAUCE

1 package Mueller’s Thin Spaghetti
4 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
2 cups milk
salt and ground black pepper (to taste)
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cups grated cheese
1 pimento, minced (optional)*

Cook thin spaghetti as directed and drain.

Melt butter, stir in flour, and odd milk; stir over low fire until smooth and thick. Season to taste with salt and pepper and add Worcestershire sauce. Stir in cheese and stir over low fire until melted.

Arrange spaghetti on a hot platter and pour cheese sauce over it.

*One minced pimiento may be added with the cheese if desired.
