HURRY CURRY DIP

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon curry powder

In small mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Stir in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate leftovers.

Makes about 1 1/3 cups
