Velveeta Pasteurized Process Cheese Spread
1/4 cup milk
1 1/2 cups chopped cooked turkey or chicken
2 tablespoons chopped pimiento
2 cups (4 ozs) noodles, cooked, drained
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
Saute celery and onion in 1 tablespoon margarine. Stir in 1/2 lb. process cheese spread, cubed, and milk. Heat over low heat; stir until sauce is smooth,
Add turkey and pimiento; mix well. Layer noodles and turkey mixture in 10x6-inch baking dish. Top with crumbs tossed with 2 tablespoons margarine,
Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes. Top with process cheese spread slices, cut in triangles; continue baking until process cheese spread melts,
