ISO: caramel oat bar cookies (Sphere magazine, 1070's)

Misc.
Good evening! My sister and I are searching for a beloved recipe from our childhood for caramel oat bar cookies. The recipe was from SPHERE, a magazine in the 1970s. It contained a bottom layer of oats and a layer containing caramel ice cream topping in the middle and oats on top .It did not contain any coffee or chocolate or nuts. Can any help us find it? Thankyou!
