I don't have teenagers yet, but I made this to take to a church dinner to feed hungry Habitat workers one night. We had a crew of mostly teenagers, and this was the first dish to go. Dairyland Casserole 8 oz. noodles (I used mafalda, the tiny lasagna type noodles) 1 and 1/2 pound ground beef 2 cup tomato sauce 1/8 (or more) tsp. worchestershire sauce 1/3 cup chopped onion 1 tablespoon green pepper, chopped 8 oz. cream cheese 1 cup cottage cheese 1/2 cup sour cream 3 tablespoons melted butter grated cheese 1. Cook noodles until barely tender. Drain and set aside. 2. Brown beef. Add tomato sauce, worchestershre sauce, onion and pepper. 3. Combine cheeses (not grated) and sour cream. 4. Butter a large casserole. Pour in half of the noodles. Add cheese and cream mixture, and cover with remaining noodles. Top with beef mixture. Cover with grated cheese. Drizzle melted butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Makes 10-12 servings. I doubled this and used two casserole dishes, and didn't even get any myself as I went through the line with the kitchen help!
