Being southern (East TN), I'm almost embarrassed to make this request, but does anyone have a GOOD fried chicken recipe? Unfortunately, my mom never made this, so I have nothing to go on and the recipes from cookbooks never seem to have much flavor. Also please include the frying instructions. Thanks! I'm counting on y'all!
