I call this Tuna Sunday Casserole because when I cooked for a young family we seemed to have this on Sunday noon. The tuna is kind of "dressed up".

Tuna Sunday Casserole (Vegetables may be fresh, frozen or canned)
1/2 c. diced celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. sliced carrots
3/4 c. peass
1 can tuna (drained)
1 can refrigerator biscuits
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Cook vegetabels in a small amount of water until tender. Add soup and tuna. Heat until hot. Put mixture into a baking dish. (Size depends on the amount of the above.) Place biscuits over the top and bake until biscuits are done.
