I made your cake today and it is a sure winner. The texture of the cake is like a sponge cake, very light. The filling and the frosting were great also. I have two more recipes to try out but so far, yours is the one the family put their thumbs up!!

Of course, my DH's office is in heaven getting a cake a day to sample. Can't keep those cakes around, I 'll eat them!!!!
