I've been fishing around for a while looking for a recipe for a muffin that my local coffee shop calls raspberry mocha chip. It seems to have a coffee or light mocha batter with a trace of raspberries in it and chocolate chips. Its also quite greasy - I'd love to try making these on my own, partly to reduce the fat. Anyone know of anything like this?
