I don't have any recipes to send right now, but there are some allergy cookbooks you might want to check out. I would suggest checking your library first, so you could try them and see if they are worth buying.

the Food Allergy Cookbyook, intro by Jerry Dolovich - put out by the Allergy Information Association. 1983 ISBN 0-312-66432-X
this one has some substitues in the front regarding wheat/gluten products and what you can use in place of them.

Allergy Cooking with Ease - Nicolette M. Dumke1992
ISBN 0-914984-42-X

The Egg-Free, Milk-Free, Wheat-Free Cookbook by Becky Hamrick and S.L. Wiesenfeld, MD 1981 ISBN 0-06-014978-7

The Allergy Self Help Cookbook by Marjorie Hurt Jones, R.N. 1984
ISBN 0-87596-109-6

I have a couple of real old ones that I have packed away - we are working on our house, but I don't even think they are in libraries anymore. I hope these can give you some information. I am a very allergic person and I know how hard it is to cook around allergies. Good luck!
