This is in reply to widey or anyone else looking for the Kelsey's four cheese spinach dip. I have the ingredients for the four cheese spinach dip here in Canada at Montana's restaurant. (I have had it at both places and they taste virtually identical). I do not have the exact quantities though so you will have to experiment. I just found this website and hope this is helpful.

Ingredients - Four Cheese Spinach Dip
