Sharon - thanks so much for taking the time to post those two recipes. Unfortunately, neither is what I'm lookin for. The "Decadence" is essentially a fallen-souffle type and is more a confection than a cake. The second, with the hazelnuts, is not very "cakey", if that make any sense. What I'm after is a firm, "cakey" (i.e. flour) kind of texture. Again, thanks for the reply.
