One Hundred Percent Whole Wheat Bread (Makes 1 1/2 pound loaf)
2 1/4 tsp dry yeast 3 3/4 cups whole wheat flour 3 Tbsp nonfat powdered milk 1 Tbsp vital wheat gluten 3 Tbsp grated orange zest (optional) 3/4 tsp salt 3 Tbsp minced prunes (optional) 1 1/4 cups water
Add ingredients according to your machine specs & process using whole wheat cycle.
