APPLE CRANBERRY STREUSEL PIE

FILLING:

Unbaked Pastry Shell

Combine: 2 cups cranberries
2 cups sliced pared apples
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 Tablespoons quick-cooking tapioca
1 teaspoon grated orange peel

Mix Well and spoon into pastry shell.

STREUSEL:

Combine: 1 cup sifted flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup grated sharp cheese
1/4 cup butter, softened

Crumble over pie. Bake 30 minutes at (400 degrees F.). Cover with foil and bake 15 mins. more.
