Fuzzy Navel Cake

1 pkg yellow cake mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 (6 oz) pkg instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1 cup Peach Schnapps, divided (3/4 cup and 1/4 cup)
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons orange juice, divided
1/2 teaspoon orange extract
1 cup confectioners sugar

Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour a Bundt pan.

Beat together cake mix, oil, pudding mix, eggs, 3/4 cup of the schnapps, 1/2 cup of the orange juice, and orange extract. Pour into prepared pan.

Bake at 350F for 45-50 minutes.

Make glaze:
Combine remaining 1/4 cup schnapps, the 2 tablespoons orange juice and confectioner's sugar.

When cake is done do not remove from pan. While cake is still hot, poke holes in cake and pour glaze mixture over. Cool cake in pan 2 hours before turning out.
