MOZZARELLA AND SUN DRIED TOMATO BREAD Makes 1 (1 lb) loaf
1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast 1 3/4 cup bread flour 1 Tbsp sugar 1 tsp salt 1 Tbsp olive oil 1/3 cup sun dried tomatoes, chopped 1/2 cup warm water 1/3 cup cubed mozzarella (added at beep)
Add all ingredients except cheese, process on Medium. Add cheese at beeper.
BROWNIE BREAD
3/4 cup water 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1 3/4 cups plus 2 Tbsp bread flour 1/2 cup sugar 1 tsp salt 1 egg 1 1/2 tsp vegetable oil 1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast 1/3 cup walnut pieces (added at beep) Bring 3/4 cup water to a boil. Add cocoa powder and stir til dissolved. Let cool to room temperature.
Add cocoa mixture with the remaining ingredients, except nuts, to the bread machine and process on basic cycle. Add nuts at beeper.
