I would like to try making graham crackers (can't get them here in Rio). There is no flour labled "graham" sold here. I have avalible three grinds of whole wheat flour: fine, medium, and coarse. I can also get unprocessed wheat bran. Open to sugestions and tips. my family is longing for some honey grahams. thank you and a good weekend to all.
