Butter Crumb Cake

CAKE
1/2 cup softened butter
1 (8.00 ounces) package cream cheese
2 cups flour
1 1/4 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs


TOPPING
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar

1. Toping: Cut butter into brown sugar,flour mixture until crumbly.
2. Grease bottom only of a 9x13 inch cake pan.
3. In mixing bowl cream butter and cream cheese until light and fluffy.
4. Add remaining ingredients and beat at low speed until well blended.
5. Spread in prepared pan and sprinkle topping over top of cake.
6. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
